Diana Silva was born in Nayarit, Mexico, and raised in Wenatchee, WA. She earned her Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from WVC, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Children’s Studies from EWU. Before joining CIS, Diana gained professional experience in social work, serving as a CPS investigator and later as an Aging and Adult Case Manager. She is also a registered therapist and continues to provide services to DCYF.
At the heart of Diana’s professional goals is her commitment to enhancing the lives of children. She believes that today’s youth hold the power to shape a brighter future and deserve the best opportunities to help spark that transformation.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time near water, animals, and mountains, reconnecting with nature and appreciating the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
