Caroline was born in France, emigrated to the United States with her family at the age of nine, and ended up in Washington State two decades ago after growing up on the east coast. She started working with an economic development corporation for Northwest tribes, which taught her about US history and tribal sovereignty in a way that schools never had. After graduate school, she spent twelve years working for a nonprofit advocating for young people facing exclusion from school and incarceration. Since joining the North Central Accountable Community of Health in 2017, she has enjoyed working with her teammates and community partners on improving the health and wellbeing of residents in the north-central Washington region. Always up for an adventure and challenge, Caroline looks forward to helping CISNCW grow its impact on young people and families in the region.
