My name is Dominic Rocha-Mancilla. I was born and raised in Moses Lake, Washington, and recently earned my A.A.S. in Systems Administration from Big Bend Community College. Before joining Communities In Schools of North Central Washington, I worked for the Moses Lake School District as a Behavior Technician, where I had the opportunity to support students and build meaningful relationships with them.
I am excited to join CISNCW as a Site Coordinator and continue working with students. I believe every student deserves someone in their corner who listens to them, believes in them, and reminds them that their circumstances do not define their future. Sometimes having just one person who genuinely cares can make a lasting difference, and I hope to be that person for the students I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two children, Dominic and Anastacia. I also enjoy music, playing guitar, collecting vinyl records, and exploring my passion for the craft of whiskey and distilling. Most importantly, I love creating memories and spending time with my family.
